Beats on 11th Street – Terms and Conditions for Performers

 

These are the Rules and Terms the performer must follow in order to have a successful show at 90 Degrees Nightclub – 90 NE 11 ST., Downtown Miami. This Weekly event is meant to have a networking party where club makes money at the bar and door to be able to HOST A VENUE WHERE UPCOMING ARTISTS HAVE A PLACE TO PROMOTE THEIR MUSIC. We are working together with Local and Established Artists to showcase their MUSIC and ART to the public, while organizing a gathering of models, artists, promoters, club owners, record label personnel and much more.

 

REGISTRATION:

  1. There is a $20 Registration Fee for all new artists registering to perform. If artist reaches 10 people on guestlist the registration fee will be waived.

PERFORMERS:

  1. MUST Promote the event as their SHOW, e-flyer will be provided with ample time to promote.
  2. Performers must let their guests know about bottle specials, door policies, guestlist rules, and cover charge.
  3. Doors open at 10pm, to promptly start the first act at 11/11:30am. All Performers must arrive early to run a sound check at 8:30pm and finalize any details for DJ and Lighting.
  4. Music being performed must be provided BEFORE the day of the show in MP3 format for DJ or bring a CD with 2 Tracks, each song split up during sound check.
  5. The Show Will consist of TWO (2) Songs which must be approved by club prior to doing show. Show CDs must NOT BE LONGER
  6. Dress CODE IS ENFORCED, Pictures and Video will be taken of the performance for promotional purposes.

 

GUESTLIST/PAYOUTS:

  1. You MUST Bring Minimum 15 PAYING Guests in order to GET PAID . Pay is $5 Per Guest that Paid the DOOR COVER and said the Artist's Name at the Door.
  2. Guys on the Guest list will be reduced cover charge of $10 all night if over 21, Guys 18+ will pay $20 all night. Ladies on your Guest List are FREE until 11PM, $10 After.
  3. All Industry Personell in the Club and Entertainment Biz enter FREE UNTIL MIDNIGHT but MUST PROVIDE Proof! Business cards, Flyers, Mixtape Covers, etc. are examples of PROOF.
  4. GUESTLIST CLOSES AT 12:00AM. Tell your people to arrive before the guestlist closes so you can get counted for them.

 

BOTTLE PRICES/DOOR SPECIALS

  1. Ladies Special – Reserve a FREE Bottle of Champagne ($20 Gratuity Not Included) for a group of 6 Ladies. All Ladies drinking off the bottle MUST BE 21. Reservation (Name of 1 of the ladies) must be sent in to INFO@BEATSON11STREET.com.
  2. Bottle specials: Champagne $10 (5ppl), Pinnacle Vodka $120 (5ppl), House Vodka/Rum/Tequila - $180 (5-6 ppl), Hennessey or Absolute - $250 (5-6ppl), Grey Goose - $300 (5-6ppl). All Prices Include Tax & Tip.
